What are the payment methods at Market-Auto?

We offer various payment methods to customers:

Credit / Debit Card

Payments made between the buyer and Market-Auto are completely secure thanks to encryption and data protection through the redsys system.

The card number will not appear on any paper, document, or invoice.
No one has access, either in digital form or printed form, to the buyer's card data.

-How to pay with Bizum?

It’s very simple. Through your banking app, access Bizum and click on send money. Then select our phone number from your contacts: +34 640 904 808 and finally indicate the amount to be paid as well as the order number.

-PayPal

PayPal is a simple and secure way to pay online without sharing your financial information with the seller. You can make your purchases simply by entering your PayPal email and password. Of course, you must have a PayPal account beforehand, which is the only place where you need to save your data. It is mandatory to have an account with PayPal, this account is where you register your banking details.

-Payment on delivery

Payment will be made to the Carrier at the time of delivery of your order, up to a maximum of €600. To use this method, the customer must pay a deposit of 30% to guarantee the subsequent collection of the order. WARNING: shipping costs are payable + an agency commission (cash on delivery can take between 1 to 2 days +)

What is secure 3D payment?
The 3D Secure Protocol ensures that the holder of the credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is indeed the person using it. After completing the information related to the credit card (number, expiration date, and three security digits), you will be asked for an authentication code sent via SMS to finalize the payment.
The mention ‘https://’ (where the “s” means “secure”) in the address bar of your internet browser and the padlock at the top of the page ensure data encryption and payment security.

-Payment with VISA Payment with MASTERCARD

Your credit card (Visa or MasterCard) must be activated before using the 3D Secure protocol. Generally, this activation is done automatically when you make your first online payment with a credit card. Otherwise, you will likely need to set up 3D Secure from your bank's website. -How does the 3D Secure protocol work?

To benefit from the 3D Secure protocol, your credit card must necessarily have the 3D Secure feature, which is present with almost all new credit cards.
After entering your banking details (credit card number, expiration date, and security code), you will be automatically redirected to your bank's authentication webpage. You will then be asked to enter your PIN or authentication password to validate your purchase. Once the code is validated by your bank, you will be redirected to the Market-Auto.es page.

Select the Pay in 3 installments without interest option to divide your purchase into 3 payments, which are made every 30 days from the confirmation of your order (normally on the date of its shipment). Unless we state otherwise, we always try to ship spare parts for your vehicle on the same day as the order. Please note that we will only start processing orders once payment is received. If you have made the payment by bank transfer, we may not be able to guarantee same-day shipping, as processing a bank transfer takes a bit more time from the bank. Unlike payments with PayPal, debit cards, or credit cards, bank transfers require a minimum of 3 to 4 days. Once your order is processed and completed, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will then be able to track the order using the tracking number via our transport partners' website.

-INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE

-HOLIDAYS / WEEKEND

Please allow for a slightly longer delivery time if you order on weekends or holidays, as our shipping partners do not work on Sundays or holidays. This means that no shipments will be made on weekends or during holidays.

-DELAYS

If, for any reason, we do not ship the order within 24 hours of receiving payment, we will immediately inform you of the delay. Generally, a delay may occur if the product you ordered is out of stock in our warehouse and we need to order it from our supplier.

-OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

Products available in stock are shipped within 3 to 5 days after receiving payment for the order.

For out of stock products, the processing time would be 5 to 10 days.
