Warranty
-REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
We guarantee that if, within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the item by the customer, it shows a type of manufacturing defect, it will be replaced with a brand new one at no additional cost.
The shipping costs of the item to the technical service for replacement or repair due to causes not related to manufacturing or out of warranty or buyer's error will be borne by the buyer.
If the product shows a defect after installation, for reasons unrelated to manufacturing, the shipping costs for its review will be the responsibility of the customer.
-Warranty:
The warranty period will be the same as that granted by the manufacturer of each product. In general, it will be 2 years.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
-A product will not be accepted under warranty if:
The warranty period has expired (2 years)
Problems in the vehicle have caused premature deterioration of the product
The installation of a product in a vehicle not indicated in our catalog
Any kind of tampering has been done to the product
It has suffered shock damage once installed
It has been installed in unofficial workshops
To process a warranty, you must fill out the warranty form in order to proceed with sending it to the carrier within 4 days of receiving the request.
Within ten days from the receipt of the material at the facilities, the acceptance of the warranty will be evaluated, informing you of its resolution. If the warranty is accepted, the refund of the amount or the replacement will be made by the same means.
To minimize these delays and return costs, you can send us photographs with the warranty form in which the product can be seen in its entirety and the defect clearly in detail. In the event that these photographs are sufficient to assess the warranty of the product, it will no longer be necessary to return it.

How to return an order?
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the item to return it. The return of the product will be accepted if:
The product has not been used.
It is in perfect condition.
It is returned in its original packaging and contains all its accessories.
If the parts are not returned in their original packaging, they will not be accepted.
What happens when Market-Auto receives my return?
Our returns service handles the returned item within a maximum of 4 days. If the return conditions are duly met, the reissue or refund procedure begins.
Market-Auto may refuse your return in the following cases:
When the 14-day return period has passed (excluding warranties).
When a part is returned incomplete and without original packaging (excluding warranties).
When the returned product is not in a marketable condition, that is, dirty and damaged (except for spare parts and batteries).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the User.

After receiving all the documentation, Market-Auto will proceed to send the carrier.
The refund of the amount of the returned material will be made by the same payment method with which the purchase was made, within 30 days from the receipt of the material at the facilities.
