Only in case we indicate otherwise, we always try to send the parts for your vehicle the same day of ordering. Please note that we only start processing orders once payment has been received. If you paid by bank transfer, we may not be able to guarantee same-day shipping because processing a bank transfer requires a little more time from the bank. Unlike payments with PayPal, debit cards, or credit cards, bank transfer requires a minimum of 3-4 days to complete. Once the order has been processed and completed, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. From then on, you can track the order using the tracking number via the website of our transport partners.

Please take into account a slightly longer delivery time, in the case of an order on weekends or public holidays, as our transport partners do not work on Sundays or public holidays. This means that no shipments will take place on weekends or holidays.

If for any reason we do not dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment, we will notify you of the delay immediately. In general, a delay can occur if the product you ordered is out of stock in our warehouse and we need to order from our supplier.

Products available in stock are shipped within 3 to 5 days after receipt of payment for the order.
-PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK
For out-of-stock products, the processing time would be 5-10 days.
ARTICLE 21 – RETURN
How do I return an order?
You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it. The return of the product will be accepted if:
The product has not been used.
It’s in perfect condition.
It is returned in its original packaging and containing all its accessories.
If the parts are not returned in their original packaging, they will not be accepted.
What happens when Market-Auto receives my feedback?
Our returns department will take care of the returned item within a maximum of 4 days. If the return conditions are duly respected, the reissue or refund procedure begins.
Market-Auto may refuse your return in the following cases:
When the 14-day return period has passed (excluding warranties).
When a part is returned incomplete and without original packaging (out of warranty).
When the returned product is not in a marketable condition, i.e. dirty and damaged (with the exception of spare parts and batteries).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the User.

After receiving all the documentation, Market-Auto will proceed with the shipment of the carrier.
The refund of the amount of the returned equipment will be made by the same means of payment with which the purchase was made, within 30 days of receipt of the equipment at the facilities.
Cancelling orders:
If you decide to cancel the order after completing the purchase, you can do so free of charge and without giving any reason, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
To make a cancellation, you must contact the following email address: pedidos@market-auto.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the 24 hours have elapsed and the order has left Market-Auto, the cancellation can no longer be made. To return the order, you will need to do so once you have received it and following the return conditions mentioned above.
