What are the payment methods at Market-Auto ?

We offer customers different payment methods:

Credit/Debit Card

Payments made between the buyer and Market-Auto are completely secure thanks to encryption and data protection thanks to the redsys system.

The card number will not appear on any paper, document or invoice.
No one has access, either in computer or printed form, to the buyer’s card data.

-How do I pay with Bizum?

It’s very simple. Through your banking app, go to Bizum and click on send money. Then select our phone number from your contacts: +34 640 904 808 and finally indicate the amount to be paid as well as the order number.

-Pay Pal

PayPal is a simple and secure way to pay online without sharing your financial information with the seller. You can make your purchases simply by entering your email and PayPal password. Of course, you must first have a PayPal account, the only place where you will have to save your data. It is mandatory to have an account with PayPal, this account is where you save your bank details.

-Cash on delivery

Payment will be made to the Carrier at the time of delivery of your order up to a maximum of €600. To carry out this method, the customer must pay a deposit of 30% to guarantee the subsequent collection of the order. ATTENTION: shipping costs are paid + agency commission (cash on delivery can take between 1 to 2 days +)

What is 3D Secure Payment?
The 3D Secure Protocol consists of guaranteeing that the holder of the bank card (Visa or Mastercard) is the person who uses it. After completing the credit card information (number, expiry date and three digits of security), you will be asked for an authentication code sent by SMS to finalize the payment.
The ‘https://’ (where the ‘s’ stands for ‘secure’) in the address bar of your internet browser and the padlock at the top of the page ensure data encryption and payment security.

-Payment with VISA Payment with MASTERCARD

Your bank card (Visa or MasterCard) must be activated before using the 3D Secure protocol. In general, this activation is done automatically when you make your first online payment made with a bank card. Otherwise, you will probably need to set up 3D Secure from your bank’s website. -How does the 3D Secure protocol work?

How to pay in 3 interest-free instalments?

Select the Pay in 3 interest-free instalments option to split your purchase into 3 payments, which are made every 30 days from the confirmation of your order (normally on the date it ships). All you need to do is fill in the details of the debit or credit card you want to use for automatic payments. We will remind you when the next payment is made. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your shopping. Check all conditions.

Only in the event that we indicate otherwise, we always try to send the spare parts for your vehicle on the same day of ordering. Please note that we will only start processing orders once payment has been received. If you made the payment by bank transfer, we probably won’t be able to guarantee same-day shipping, as processing a bank transfer takes a little longer from the bank. Unlike payments with PayPal, debit cards, or credit cards, bank transfers require a minimum of 3 to 4 days. Once your order has been processed and completed, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will then be able to track the order using the tracking number via the website of our transport partners.

Please take into account a slightly longer delivery time if you order on weekends or public holidays, as our transport partners do not work on Sundays or public holidays. This means that no shipments will be made on weekends or during public holidays.

-DELAYS

If for any reason we do not ship the order within 24 hours of receiving payment, we will notify you of the delay immediately. Generally speaking, a delay can occur if the product you ordered is out of stock in our warehouse and we need to place the order with our supplier.

-EXHAUST SYSTEMS

Products available in stock are shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of payment for the order.

-PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK

For out-of-stock products, the processing time would be 5-10 days.
