-REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

We guarantee that if, within 7 calendar days of the customer’s receipt of the item, it has any type of manufacturing defect, it will be replaced with a completely new one at no additional cost.
The cost of sending the item to the technical service for replacement or repair due to causes unrelated to the manufacture or out of warranty or error of the buyer will be borne by the buyer.
If the product is found to be defective after installation, due to reasons beyond the manufacturing process, the shipping costs for its overhaul will be borne by the customer.

-Guarantee:

The warranty period will be the same as that granted by the manufacturer of each product. In general, it will be 2 years.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects.

-A product will not be accepted under warranty if:

The warranty period has been exceeded (2 years)
The problems in the vehicle caused the product to deteriorate prematurely
The installation of a product in a vehicle not indicated in our catalog
Some kind of tampering has been done to the product
Suffered shock damage once installed
It was installed in unofficial
workshops To process a warranty, you need to fill out the warranty form so that you can proceed with sending it to the carrier within 4 days of receiving the request.
Within ten days of receipt of the material at the facilities, the acceptance of the warranty will be evaluated, informing you of its termination. If the guarantee is accepted, the refund of the amount or the replacement will be made by the same means.
In order to minimize these delays and return costs, you can send us photographs with the warranty form in which the product can be seen in its entirety and the defect clearly in detail. In the event that these photographs are sufficient to assess the warranty of the product, it would no longer be necessary to return it.

How do I return an order?

You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it. The return of the product will be accepted if:

The product has not been used.
It’s in perfect condition.
It is returned in its original packaging and containing all its accessories.
If the parts are not returned in their original packaging, they will not be accepted.

What happens when Market-Auto receives my feedback?

Our returns department will take care of the returned item within a maximum of 4 days. If the return conditions are duly respected, the reissue or refund procedure begins.

Market-Auto may refuse your return in the following cases:

When the 14-day return period has passed (excluding warranties).
When a part is returned incomplete and without original packaging (out of warranty).
When the returned product is not in a marketable condition, i.e. dirty and damaged (with the exception of spare parts and batteries).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the User.

After receiving all the documentation, Market-Auto will proceed with the shipment of the carrier.
The refund of the amount of the returned equipment will be made by the same means of payment with which the purchase was made, within 30 days of receipt of the equipment at the facilities.
